⚠️ NOTICE OF SYSTEM COMPLIANCE & EXCLUSIONS

  • Uptime Best-Effort: We are a bootstrapped, single-developer startup run by Senthil Kumar P. If we experience hacking or outages on our development machines, servers, or hosts, uptime might drop below 99% during recovery.
  • No Refund Policy: If your monthly resource builds consumption exceeds 50% of your plan's thresholds, no refund can be granted under any circumstance.
  • No Code Leakage Liability: Although we implement proper database encryption and HSM credentials vaults, if database breaches, software bugs, or external hacking actions cause leakage of your codebase, Senthil Kumar P / Venelx is not responsible or legally liable.
  • Code Ownership: Senthil Kumar P is not responsible or liable for compiled code logic. We do not inspect code or assume liability for compiled components.

1. DATA PROCESSING & EPHEMERAL sandbox

We process Git repository files, email addresses, build logs, and credentials keyfiles. Source files are checked out directly to isolated ephemeral build sandboxes on bare-metal M4 hardware and completely wiped immediately when the compile job finishes. We do not store your code.

2. BOOTSTRAPPED COMPLIANCE LIMITATIONS

Venelx is operated entirely by Senthil Kumar P. We do not employ dedicated compliance officers, legal counsel, or security auditing divisions. By using the site, you agree to our best-effort administrative capabilities and waive any strict compliance audit demands (such as formal SOC2, GDPR, or CCPA administrative penalties).

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & INTEGRATIONS

Our platform connects to external API providers (including GitHub OAuth, Apple Developer Portal, Google Play, payment gateways, and cloud nodes). Senthil Kumar P / Venelx does not own or control these external services, and is not responsible for their data leakages, privacy breaches, or service failures.

4. DECORUM & LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

Users must maintain the decorum of the code of conduct policy. If any security hacking, network scanning, or unauthorized server intrusions are detected, we will cooperate with international cybersecurity divisions and turn over all access logs for prosecution.
